Willett Pot Still Reserve Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey by Kentucky Bourbon Distillers 5YO White Oak 47% 750ml CARAFE. Handcrafted Kentucky Straight Bourbon using time-honoured methods in the art of distillation and using only limestone spring water, carefully selected grains and secret strains of yeast. Aged in new white oak casks until fully mature and then bottled by hand in a beautiful pot still shaped bottle that is hand-numbered. The nose is " vanilla lemon cake". The palate is a balance of caramel, vanilla, spices, and citrus.
