This magnificent drink is made with 100% malted barley, cultivated by the best farmers in the region, and water collected from the Robbie Dhu springs. Following double distillation in copper stills, the whisky is aged in Jerez oloroso and American oak barrels previously used to age Bourbon. Once matured, whiskey is poured into oak vats with a capacity of up to 30 barrels to unify the taste. Finally, when the distillate has matured perfectly, the whisky is mixed with spring water to achieve the desired alcohol content.
